IPTVUSAS LLC provides a 7-day money-back period on new subscriptions if you contact WhatsApp or email without delay, cooperate with reasonable troubleshooting, and have not breached the Terms (including abusive account sharing).
We may decline refunds on renewals after heavy use, chargeback misuse, or credentials posted publicly. When a refund is approved, we return funds through the original payment method whenever that option is available.
